and the fabulous 'Tush'. Joan co-produced this vinyl and she made a
great job of it.

Joan is a figurehead for female rockers and her brand of rock & roll is
loud and stripped down with overpowering hooks. She was born in Philadelphia.
Released at the end of 1981, I Love Rock & Roll became her greatest success,
sending her into the Top Ten, spending seven weeks at number one in 1982.
The follow-up single "Crimson and Clover" went Top Ten as well.
She played a starring role as an immortal swordswoman in the TV series
Highlander ( 'Free Fall' ) a very sexy role in the best episode in my opinion.
