Rules...Dealings...
There is no fixed TRANSFER FEE system, and the system employs the same system as in real-life, whereby market forces will decide players relative worths.

The TRANSFER LIST is an important tool for buying and selling players. In cases where players are listed for BEST OFFER they will still go to the club offering the best wage, so you could end up receiving just the minimum bid of £150,000 for these players. In the case where a player is listed for a swap you will have to contact the manager concerned and put through a private deal as these players cannot be bid upon.

NON-LEAGUE SALES Non-league clubs will only buy players listed at £150,000. Transfers between managers take precedence over all other deals. You may agree a SELLON PERCENTAGE which is payable to the club you are buying the player from in the event you resell the player. Players resold for less than their tribunal valuations are valued for sellon purposes at their tribunal values. One off SIGNING ON FEES boost your chances of signing players ( see PRIORITY ).

All transfers take place at the end of the week so you cannot play a player until you know what his squad number is.

AWP - APPLY FOR A WORK PERMIT FOR PLAYER WHO IS AWAITING A WORK PERMIT - send proof of debut.

BID - TRY TO SIGN A PLAYER FROM THE TRANSFER LIST - state transfer fee offered, contracts and any sign-on fee.

Dont forget that players go to the club who offer them the best contract, not clubs who offer the highest transfer fee, so it is best to invest in the players signing on fee, rather than offering a higher transfer fee than the one asked for. When deciding the player uses priorities 5 to 9 listed below. Bids for players not on the list appear on the club's managerial feedback.

ENGLISH CLUBS - can only BUY players who have played for a British club in real life. If the player is only rumoured to be coming to Britain then you may still sign him, but he will become AWP, or awaiting a work permit. AWP players cannot play in your first team, but can be sold. If the player does later sign for a British club then send proof and use the AWP dealing.

All non-foreigner young players ( under 22 ) signed in this way will cost £150,000. All other players will cost at least their tribunal values. Send good scout reports showing as many of player's real life qualities as possible, newspaper cuttings are good.
ENGLISH CLUBS signing foreigners need to ensure the transfer fee you offer must at least match the real life fee.

Ex-players at real life clubs will always be happy.

SET - SET ALL PLAYERS ON A WAGE RATING TO NEW WAGE - state WR group to affect and new weekly wage.
You may state to BUYOUT all players whose wages you wish to try and reduce. The BUYOUT value of a player's contract is calculated as current wage * 10, and is paid at the time he accepts his new contract.

STYLE - CHOOSE STYLE IN WHICH OUTPUT IS PRINTED - state COLUMNATED or INTUITIVE

SWAPBID - TRY TO SWAP ONE OF YOUR PLAYERS FOR A PLAYER AT AN UNMANAGED SIDE - Swaps for players at unmanaged clubs are allowed, you must offer a player who has a PT+CR of within two points of the player you want, so you could swap an 8684 for an 8686, and the unmanaged club must have at least 3*GKs, 5*DEFs, 5*MIDs and 5*ATTs at the end of the swap, and not more than 7 overseas at the end of the swap and all such deals are put through using player tribunal values. You can make money if you swap out a higher valued player to an unmanaged club. League players wont move to the non-league as the result of a SWAPBID, so you need to NEW non-league players you want and then list the player you dont want. Where two deals are for the same player club priority then wages (accounting for any sign-on fees) are used to decide where the player goes. No cash offers accepted.

SWAPBUY and SWAPSELL - SWAP ONE OR MORE PLAYERS WITH ONE OR MORE PLAYERS FROM ANOTHER MANAGER - similar to the BUY order except it states that you wish to swap a player with another manager for at least one other player, and if the other manager doesn't reciprocate with the identical swap deal then none of the players involved will move. So for each swap deal you will need to use at least two swap commands, and if doing more than one swap deal then label each swap deal with a number, for instance SWAPBUY1, SWAPSELL1 and SWAPBUY2, SWAPSELL2. Again all details must be identical on both turnsheets except that you only have to worry about the contract for the player you are buying. If any of the details are wrong then the complete swap deal is cancelled.

SWAPSN - SWAP SQUAD NUMBERS OF TWO PLAYERS - give reference numbers and names of both players.

TAKEOVER - TRY TO GET A CASH INJECTION FOR CLUB - give name of firm, personality or media group that you wish to try and sell a share of your club to. They will demand 10% of all your future advertising income in return for a cash injection the amount of which is offered when you ask for the takeover. Each club may be takenover just the once.

TRIAL - TRY TO TEMPORARILY ADD A PLAYER TO YOUR SQUAD SO YOU MAY CHECK HIM OUT - Trials last for 60 days from the day ORDERS are entered, unless the player is trialed in May or June (120 days) or July (90 days). If after the trial is over he has not accepted any of your GIVE offers ( or he doesn't make his debut for a British club in real life if on trial at an english club in the game ) then he will return to the CF club from whence he came. Trials end at the very end of any week, so you cannot retrial a player in the week his trial ends, as the player must return to his original club before he can be retrialled, and therefore becomes available to every other club as well. You cannot use trialists in your first team and you may not transfer or loan them. All such deals are governed by the PRIORITY and SCOUT REPORT REQUIREMENTS. You cannot extend the trial period whilst a player is on trial. Clubs for whom a player has already been to on trial are given no extra priority when trying to retrial the same player, so if you are unsuccessful getting him to sign a permanent contract, whilst he is on trial, you risk losing out when he becomes available for retrial, especially if your club doesn't have club priority. A player who is on trial but who is not playing in your reserves or youth team may walk out. Use the 'Give' dealing to try and sign permanently.
ENGLISH CLUBS may use this order to sign foreigners on trial where a British club are rumoured to be interested in signing this player in real life. You must send a scout report showing a British club is interested and then you will be able to sign him on trial. This allows you to trial players from unmanaged clubs when they are rumoured to be coming to Britain in real life.
NON-ENGLISH CLUBS may also use trial but must pay wages of at least £10,000 per week in Scotland, Brazil and Europe, and £40,000 per week in Italy, but cannot trial players from unmanaged league clubs except Brazil.
COSTS the cost of signing a trialist is detailed on your player history report and this should be stated on your 'give' dealing.

UPGRADE - UPGRADE BUILDING FROM BAMBOO TO SUPERQUICK or FROM SUPERQUICK TO DELUXE QUALITY.
